Carole Brożyna is a senior executive and board director with over 20 years of international experience across major listed groups, private equity–backed companies and family-owned organisations.
After beginning her career in sustainable strategy consulting, she served as Chief Sustainability Officer at leading groups such as IKEA France, JCDecaux, Sanofi (Opella) and Bridgepoint, one of the world’s foremost private equity firms. Throughout her career she has held positions as an executive committee member and independent director, contributing to the quality of strategic decision-making at the highest level of governance.
A recognised specialist in governance, transformation and decision quality, she supports boards, executives and investors through moments of complexity, strategic inflection and transformation. Her distinctiveness lies in her ability to bring together economic performance, ESG challenges, organisational design and human dynamics into an integrated, systemic vision.
Trained in the humanities and social sciences at Université Paris-Sorbonne and in behavioural science at the London School of Economics, she also completed HEC Paris’s organisational coaching programme. Carole Brożyna acts as a director, Senior Advisor and Sparring Partner to listed groups, mid-market companies, SMEs and investment funds, both in France and internationally.
Carole joins IMT Partners in 2026 as a Partner, strengthening the firm’s expertise in particular on governance, organisational transformation, sustainability and executive support.
