Why use interim management?

We called on IMT Partners following the acquisition and integration of E4V into Arts Energy.
We were looking for a project manager with expertise in electromechanics. In addition to integrating the teams, we needed a local representative to assist us in selecting and structuring E4V projects within our R&D division at Arts Energy.
The support provided by Vincent Gendron to Iris Francisco, our R&D Director, between our two sites in Le Mans and Nersac, was invaluable. With considerable insight and a systematic approach, he clarified our project strategy, harmonized our documentation tools, and revitalized the E4V teams. Thanks to his experience in the automotive industry and his attentive approach, he has been able to establish an effective, structured working environment that is tailored to our growth challenges in the field of small-scale mobility.
This was a second very successful collaboration with IMT Partners, in a pleasant and constructive working environment. We have come out of it better organized and with a true shared vision of our projects.
