The website https://imt-partners.eliott-markus.cloud (the “Site”) is published by IMT Partners, a simplified joint-stock company (Société par Actions Simplifiée) with a share capital of €102,000, whose registered office is located at 3, avenue Hubert Germain – 75116 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 794 666 453. The Site is hosted by Ligne Web Services (LWS) SARL, whose registered office is located at 10 Rue Penthièvre, 75008 Paris, France (phone: 01 77 62 30 03).
The design, conception and development of the Site were carried out by the communication and marketing consulting agency Eliott & Markus.
Liability
The Company uses its best efforts to ensure that the Site is accessible to users at all times. However, it cannot be held liable in the event of temporary unavailability of the Site, for any reason whatsoever.
By using the Site, users acknowledge that they have read and accepted these terms of use and undertake to comply with them.
Users acknowledge that they have the necessary skills and resources to access and use the Site, and that they have verified that their computer configuration does not contain any viruses and is in proper working order. In particular, users undertake to access the Site using recent equipment and an up-to-date, latest-generation browser.
The Company makes every effort to provide users with verified information and tools available on the Site, but cannot be held liable for errors, lack of availability of information and/or the presence of viruses or other technical issues on the Site.
More generally, the Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information published on the Site, nor the continuity of its operation or its full security. Intellectual property
The Site as a whole, as well as each of its components taken individually—including but not limited to specific programs and developments, and content such as data, text, still or animated images, logos, sounds, graphics and files—is the exclusive property of the Company or of third parties who have granted it a licence.
Any total or partial reproduction or representation of the Site or any of its components without the express authorization of the Company is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The databases featured on the Site are protected under Articles L.341-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. Any qualitatively or quantitatively substantial extraction or reuse of the contents of these databases is prohibited.
The trademarks and logos displayed on the Site are registered trademarks owned by the Company or by third parties. Any reproduction, imitation or use, in whole or in part, of these distinctive signs without express authorization and in violation of Articles L.713-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code shall incur the liability of their author.
Other distinctive signs, including corporate names, trade names, business names and domain names reproduced on the Site, are the property of the Company or third parties. Any unauthorized reproduction may constitute an act of infringement and engage the liability of its author pursuant to Article 1240 of the French Civil Code.

The Company reserves the right to remove any links from the Site to third-party websites.
Users may not create deep links to the Site without the prior written authorization of the Company.
Applicable law
Any dispute relating to the Site or its use shall be governed by French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal.
Should any provision of these terms of use be declared null or unenforceable, it shall be interpreted in a manner that best reflects the intentions of the parties, and the remaining provisions shall remain fully applicable.
Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend the content of these terms at any time and without prior notice.
