An expert in recruiting strategic profiles and providing HR support, Kristell combines dual expertise in finance and human resources with extensive experience gained within international groups. Her leadership and ability to rally teams around transformation projects make her a key partner for organizations undergoing change.
Based in Marseille since 2012, she joined the CMA CGM Group, where she helped set up the recruitment unit before becoming HR Manager in 2018, contributing to the structuring of the human resources functions of a global leader in transport and logistics. In September 2025, she took her career in a new direction by joining IMT Partners to launch the Marseille office. This means she is now helping to establish the first pure player interim management firm in the region, with the ambition of making it a leading hub in southern France, serving both local players and major international groups.
