Jacques van Robais

With solid experience in interim management and a background in finance and industry, Jacques van Robais has been supporting companies in their transformation, restructuring, and growth challenges for over 15 years. He brings to IMT Partners a pragmatic approach focused on operational value and sustainable performance.

A graduate of a prestigious business school, he began his career in financial control within large industrial groups before turning to entrepreneurship. In 2007, he moved into interim management, a field in which he developed a keen understanding of organizations and the drivers of their transformation.

In 2013, he co-founded IMT Partners, an independent firm dedicated to interim management. At its core is a responsive, ambitious model that is closely aligned with the realities on the ground. Today, he oversees the firm’s development strategy and leads the team of partners. Under his leadership, IMT Partners has established a lasting presence in the region with six regional offices—Paris, Lyon, Lille, Nantes, Rennes, and Marseille—promoting proximity to clients and responsiveness in carrying out assignments.
