Yannick Berteau

With over twenty years of experience in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, Yannick has built a solid career at the intersection of business law, taxation, and consulting. After working as a tax specialist for major real estate and banking groups, he joined a consulting firm where he quickly rose to management positions, eventually overseeing all of the firm’s activities for a decade. He drives both organic growth and acquisitions, demonstrating his ability to develop organizations over the long term.

Long established in the Alps, he joined IMT Partners in 2024 to support the firm’s growth in the region. Since January 2025, he has been managing the Lyon office, with the mission of consolidating IMT’s presence and accelerating its deployment in a region he knows inside out.
