Loïc Hervé

With 25 years of experience in real estate investment management, Loïc combines operational expertise and strategic vision to support the growth and diversification of players in the sector. He has accumulated a profound knowledge of all aspects of the real estate business—assets, property, investments and disposals, sales, technical and construction, marketing, and communications—and extensive governance experience as a member of the Executive Committee at GECINA.

He then served as senior advisor to Blackstone on its acquisition strategy in France, before heading up PERIAL Asset Management, where he built a European team focused on diversifying residential, office, retail, hotel, and healthcare portfolios.

He joins IMT Partners as a Partner to strengthen the Real Estate practice, offering his expertise to clients to support their real estate investment, transformation, and structuring projects.
