Laurent Hürstel

With 20 years of experience in executive search and HR consulting, Laurent assists companies in a variety of sectors—industry, luxury goods, specialized distribution, life sciences, real estate, and technology—in developing their talent and transforming their organizations. He has led growth and expansion projects, notably by spearheading new divisions and opening numerous offices within Robert Walters PLC, before taking on the role of CEO of the Menway Group.

Since 2021, he has been putting his expertise to work at IMT Partners, helping to strengthen HR practices and support clients in finding, developing, and mobilizing key talent to ensure the success of their transformations.
