Kulmie Samantar

Kulmie Samantar has over two decades of experience in the health insurance and medical device sectors, with recognized expertise in regulation, investment strategy, and operational development. He supports companies in their strategic projects, whether they involve growth, restructuring, or international expansion.

A lawyer by training and holder of an Executive MBA from HEC Paris, he has led several health insurance regulation projects in France and Europe at Mutualité Française, managed medical device distribution subsidiaries, and advised companies on their healthcare investments.

Kulmie Samantar joined IMT Partners in September 2022 as a Partner to strengthen the Insurance, Healthcare, and Private Equity sectors and support the development of the firm’s activities and its clients in Italy. Thanks to his network in Italy and his bilingualism, he is now part of the international division that supports the firm’s growth on the other side of the Alps. 

He is the representative of IMT Partners on the International Commission of France Transition.
