Anne-Laure Forestier

Anne-Laure has more than 15 years of expertise in recruitment and talent management, with substantial experience in technical, purchasing, and supply chain functions for the industrial, construction, logistics, and transportation sectors. She supports companies in identifying and developing talent, combining a strategic and pragmatic approach.

A graduate of EM Strasbourg Business School, she began her career in 2011 at an international firm, quickly advancing to managerial responsibilities. Anne-Laure joined IMT Partners in September 2021 as an Assignment Director to support the development of the Lyon office, then became Talent Director in 2024.
