Eliza Carpentier

An expert in recruiting and supporting executives and specialists, Eliza helps companies identify and develop their key talent by combining a strategic approach with in-depth knowledge of the regional landscape.

With a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Management, she began her career as a headhunter at a large HR company in the Hauts-de-France region, strengthening her expertise in supporting leaders and experts.

Eliza joined IMT Partners in September 2023 as an Assignment Director to support the development of the Lille office.
