Francois-Henri Reynaud

François-Henri brings a valuable combination of strategic and financial expertise, assisting companies with their financing operations, mergers and acquisitions, legal compliance, and strategic development. He implements structured approaches to effectively manage complex growth and acquisition projects, while providing a clear vision of the financial challenges.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in cell biology from the University of Paris-Saclay and a master’s degree in corporate finance from ESIEE Management. He led the strategic and financial aspects of a French medical device group, successfully coordinating the acquisition of an industrial company and assets in the UK.

François-Henri joined IMT Partners in December 2023 to strengthen the firm’s administrative and financial management, giving structure to this department and contributing to the strategic and operational management of its activities.
