With a Master’s degree in Marketing/Quality Management from SKEMA Business School, Laëtitia Rousseau has been supporting executives and their teams for 25 years through consulting, research, and recruitment, helping them to tackle transformation challenges within their organizations.
As a consultant and then director of research at a consulting firm, she has powerful tools at her disposal in measurement, analysis, and diagnostics, enabling her to understand the challenges and issues facing companies.
Her guiding principle is to offer companies highly operational solutions through leadership and management tools, as well as the recruitment of Interim Managers to help executives implement rapid and sustainable action plans.
Laetitia joined IMT Partners in January 2024 as an Assignment Director at the Nantes office.
