Alexandre Lecherf

Alexandre Lecherf has over ten years of expertise in interim management, assisting companies in identifying and developing key talent. He combines strategic and operational vision in order to structure and lead teams in complex and varied environments.

An aeronautical engineer, he began his career in the defense and aerospace industries before moving into engineering consulting. He has been involved in interim management since 2010 and co-founded IMT Partners in 2013. Alexandre is now the partner in charge of the firm’s international development. He is also fluent in English and Italian.
