Aline Mouté

Aline has nearly 10 years of experience in recruitment and human resources. After earning a master’s degree in Human Resources, she began her career at major banking groups, where she developed expertise in both recruitment and general HR management, notably as an HR Business Partner.

Seeking to strengthen her consulting skills and work on recruitment projects with high strategic stakes, she gradually specialized in supporting middle and top management roles within demanding environments.

Aline joined IMT Partners as a Project Manager to support the firm’s expansion in the South of France. Based in Marseille, she applies her expertise to serve clients and talent across her entire area of operation.
