Blandine Lebas

Blandine has recognized expertise in talent acquisition and HR assignment management, supporting companies in identifying and developing their strategic talent. She combines operational knowledge and strategic vision to effectively manage recruitment and interim management projects.

With a bachelor’s degree in law and political science, she began her career at IMT Partners as part of a work-study program while pursuing a master’s degree in social relations and human resources. She then joined the Lyon team in September 2020 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, moved up to Assignment Manager in July 2023, and became Senior Assignment Manager in February 2025.
