Emmanuelle Engrand

Originally from Hauts-de-France and a graduate of a business school, Emmanuelle began her career in the temporary employment sector as a sales representative.

Driven by an appetite for challenge and an international outlook, she continued her career as an Export Manager in Italy, then in England, where she worked for four years.

Upon returning to France, she chose to base herself in her beloved city of Lille, and spent 20 years as Purchasing and Supply Chain Director at a leading textile company in northern France. During this period, she oversaw the transformation of the historically industrial group towards a model more focused on purchasing finished and semi-finished products, developing strong and lasting partnerships with suppliers.

She continued her career in a national sales management position in the field of recruitment, headhunting, and training, which allowed her to consolidate her in-depth knowledge of the French economic and managerial landscape.

She is now committed to promoting IMT Partners throughout the Hauts-de-France region and strengthening ties with local economic players, supporting their transformation with her caring nature and high standards.
