Hermine Bonneville

An experienced recruiter with a strong passion for human dynamics, Hermine has been supporting organisations for over 25 years in identifying, selecting and integrating key talent. Specialised in executive roles and high-impact profiles, she works with organisations of all sizes — from international groups to start-ups — in contexts of transformation, structuring and growth.

She holds a Master’s degree in Human and Social Sciences from Paris V and built her expertise within leading international executive search firms, where she led senior-level recruitment assignments across a wide range of industries and environments. She subsequently developed a strong specialisation in finance roles, supporting companies on critical recruitment and interim management challenges.

Her approach is defined by a deep understanding of business issues, a people-centric mindset, and a strong sense of partnership with executive and operational leadership teams, enabling the delivery of pragmatic, timely and tailored solutions.

Hermine joined IMT Partners in 2026 as Mission Director, based in Paris.
