Ivor de Vaan

Ivor spent 12 years working at Nike, where he developed expertise in both human resources and operational management. He supports companies in employee engagement, the structuring of HR functions, and successful organizational transformation, combining a pragmatic approach with strategic vision.

With degrees in HR management and strategic management from the Netherlands, he began his career at Nike’s EMEA headquarters before joining Nike France, where he initiated the employee engagement strategy and set up a dedicated function to implement it. Trilingual in French, English, and Dutch, Ivor is comfortable working in international and multicultural environments.

He joined IMT Partners in June 2025 as an Assignment Director to strengthen the firm’s international development and leverage his HR expertise in identifying, engaging, and supporting talent during strategic transformations.
