Jean-Yves Dubarry

Jean-Yves combines recognized expertise in industry and consulting, with a proven track record of leading complex transformations and growth projects for companies of all sizes. He led major industrial programs at Thomson-CSF before working with consulting firms such as CSC Peat-Marwick and Oliver Wyman, assisting multiple sectors in the development and deployment of transformation plans.

In 2010, he joined the industrial sector to set up the operations department of a division of Faiveley Transport, then took charge of a business unit after its acquisition by Wabtec. In 2022, he led the external growth of The Reefer Group/Chereau under LBO, strengthening his expertise in strategic and operational development.

Since early 2023, Jean-Yves has been a Partner at IMT Partners, where he uses his experience with mid-sized companies and industry to help clients with their transformation and growth projects.
