Julien Bohé

An expert in recruitment in the industrial, engineering, construction, purchasing, and supply chain sectors, Julien assists companies in identifying and developing their key talent, combining in-depth sector knowledge with an operational approach tailored to client needs.

With over 20 years of experience, he began his career in engineering recruitment, then worked in recruitment and headhunting firms until 2017. He then continued his career internally in the construction and industry sectors, recruiting for operational and support roles with efficiency and pragmatism.

Julien joined IMT Partners in 2024 as an Assignment Director in Paris.
