Laurent Dewailly

A graduate of ESSEC Business School, Laurent Dewailly began his career at Accenture before turning his attention to the world of software and IT infrastructure. There, he developed dual expertise in sales and technology, which he has used to help transform organizations.

After eight years at IBM leading sales and technical teams, he joined Lenovo in 2015, then innovative software publishers such as Appian and XBP Europe, where he managed activities on a European scale. There, he structured teams, developed strategic partnerships, and led growth projects in key sectors such as banking, insurance, and healthcare.

Throughout his career, he has supported business development in contexts of transformation, scale-up, and repositioning, with a strong business and operational impact.  He joined IMT Partners in 2025 as a Partner.
