Over more than 25 years, Laurent Michaux has built a highly successful international career (spanning Germany, the United States, Asia, and beyond) in senior management in the automotive equipment and performance materials sectors, first in large groups (Sommer Allibert, Forvia) and then in family-owned firms and mid-sized companies under LBO (Gurit, Novares). He is a recognized specialist in business development in the areas of strategy, commercial excellence, M&A, and innovation.
Laurent completed the engineering program at Arts et Métiers and holds degrees from Sciences Po and IMD.
An independent director for several mid-sized companies, he serves as a Senior Advisor to clients in the new mobility and renewable energy sectors. He is the volunteer president of the ClubAuto des Grandes Ecoles.
Laurent joined IMT Partners in early 2023. He brings his experience to companies in the industrial sector with a particular focus on international business.
Laurent is fluent in English and German.
