With over 25 years of experience in managing B2B and B2C companies, Laurent combines expertise in business development, digital transformation, and restructuring. He successfully leads complex growth, turnaround, and digitalization projects by implementing innovative strategies and bringing together high-performing leadership teams.
He has held senior management positions within major international groups—Berner France, BestDrive (Continental), Fraikin, FirstStop (Bridgestone), and Autobacs France—where he led M&A operations, developed franchise networks, and drove digital transformations.
In February 2025, he joined IMT Partners as a Partner to strengthen the Retail, Restructuring, and Automotive practices, bringing his experience to bear in assisting clients with their strategic projects and complex transformations.
