Philippe has acquired extensive managerial and international experience in various public and private organizations, mainly focused on the high-tech and digital sectors.
He served as Chief Operating Officer at France Telecom, then was responsible for managing senior executives at Orange Group for eight years. After this, he moved into management and business development consultancy, working independently in the United States, particularly in New York.
A graduate of the ESME engineering school with a postgraduate degree in business administration from the University of Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne, he is a former auditor at the Institute for Higher National Defence Studies in France.
He joined our team in September 2025 as a Partner responsible for developing the firm’s business in the United States and Canada.
