Romane Murciani

Romane has extensive expertise in recruitment, with a focus on IT professions and middle and top management. She supports companies in identifying and developing key talent, combining sector-specific knowledge with an operational approach tailored to client needs.

With dual degrees from Neoma Business School and Lancaster University, she began her career in specialized IT recruitment before joining a generalist firm, where she gained varied experience with different types of organizations and profiles. Romane joined IMT Partners in February 2024 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, was promoted to Assignment Manager in February 2025, and has been based in both Paris and Marseille since September 2025 in order to grow her role.
