Sylvie has nearly 20 years of experience combining operational expertise and human resources, with recognized specialization in recruitment. She supports companies in identifying, developing, and retaining talent, providing a pragmatic approach tailored to the needs of organizations.

After 18 years in retail and home furnishings, she turned to HR, holding generalist positions before specializing in recruitment in 2007. Sylvie joined IMT Partners in November 2022 as an Assignment Director and was promoted to Principal Assignment Director in February 2025, strengthening the firm’s expertise and effectiveness in its talent management assignments.
