CONTEXT

Our client is a public institution whose mission is to make life easier for its constituents, particularly when it comes to ensuring an efficient transition to green energy and eco-friendly principles. In this context, it called on our services to develop its solar photovoltaic business and to structure and coordinate the team responsible for rolling out the business across the country.

INTERVENTIONS AND RESULTS

• Management of the team responsible for steering and coordinating photovoltaic projects
• Recruiting new employees to support growth
• Validation of feasibility studies and detailed project plans: deadlines, milestones, deliverables, legal issues
• Supervision of construction site management in compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the project
• Representing the institution in meetings and discussions with stakeholders who commission and/or contribute to projects
