Optimization of purchasing and cash flow

CONTEXT

In the context of regulatory upheaval, this joint organization called on the services of IMT Partners to assist it in optimizing the company's purchasing and cash flow. Taking advantage of this external perspective on the organization, the management committee entrusted IMT Partners with a project to create a treasury department. Our client is a joint organization, and its decision to create a treasury department will be presented to the board of directors. Reporting to the finance department, the manager enjoys a high degree of autonomy and will lead the project by following an action plan established with the CFO.
