Overhaul of the CIO function

CONTEXT

We have been working with the digital subsidiary of a major CAC40 group that develops tools in three vertical markets: catering, mobility, and travel. Following the departure of the Head of Internal Information Systems and the company's desire to overhaul the function in line with its new strategic plan, the client is looking for a manager capable of overseeing the work in progress and the transformation.

INTERVENTIONS AND RESULTS

• Developing the IS strategy (Enterprise, Infrastructure and Office IS, Editorial IS)
• Managing projects and IT managers, overseeing deployments
• Operating various systems (roadmaps, maintenance, upgrades, operation, supervision, incident resolution, etc.)
• Developing and supervising teams (35 people)
• Monitoring technological developments to ensure that IT resources remain aligned with the company's needs and to guide strategic choices toward better solutions.
