Emergency replacement of a CEO in Germany

CONTEXT

Our client is an international group with expertise in the development of onshore and offshore wind farms across five continents. In order to accelerate its growth in countries not yet covered by the brand, the group is pursuing external growth and wishes to strengthen its position in Germany by acquiring a locally based entity.

Following this acquisition, the long-standing CEO of this entity abruptly left the company. Keen to recruit a local candidate, our client called on IMT Partners to carry out an urgent assignment at its recently acquired subsidiary.
