Strengthening IT teams

CONTEXT

We worked with a distribution group with a network of 80 branches and 350 franchise outlets, which has been under LBO for two years and is expanding internationally.

The momentum provided by the investment fund was used to create a project team dedicated to the implementation of SAP, consisting of external and internal members. IMT Partners was approached by the CIO to strengthen this team.
