A major international group in the utilities sector, our client's organization is evolving to better respond to environmental challenges. Against this backdrop of change, the recommendations of the ISO standard are increasingly focused on performance analysis.

One branch of the group decided to call in a specialist to develop its management system with a view to simplifying it and supporting decision-making.
