Fanny has over five years of experience in talent search and selection, with in-depth knowledge of industrial profiles and the Hauts-de-France job market. She uses her thoroughness and keen understanding of the market to identify candidates who meet her clients’ specific needs.

With a degree in Human Resources, she began her career in a recruitment firm before going on to work for various engineering consulting firms, developing a versatile approach suited to different contexts.

Fanny joined IMT Partners in early 2024 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, before moving on to the position of Assignment Manager.
