Laurent Parpet has over 25 years of experience in managing B2B and B2C companies, with recognized expertise in business development, digital transformation, and corporate turnaround. He successfully leads transformation, growth, and restructuring projects by implementing innovative business strategies and putting together high-performing leadership teams. Since joining IMT Partners, he has spearheaded the creation of the Restructuring practice, enabling the firm to provide clients with qualified experts capable of operating in complex environments.
He has held senior management positions within major international groups such as Berner France, BestDrive (Continental), Fraikin, FirstStop (Bridgestone), and Autobacs France, where he led M&A operations, developed franchise networks, and oversaw digitalization projects.
Laurent Proust joined IMT Partners in February 2025 as a Partner to strengthen the Retail, Restructuring, and Automotive practices, bringing his experience to bear on complex transformations and strategic projects for his clients.
