New York

New York is the largest city in the United States, with a population of nearly 9 million. Beyond this demographic statistic, it is recognized as a major economic hub and center of culture and innovation, not only in North America, but throughout the world. Served by three airports, including two international ones, New York City offers easy connections to global capitals. Financial, insurance, healthcare, communications, and real estate activities are particularly prominent in New York, with iconic areas such as Wall Street for the financial sector and the Upper East Side for healthcare. The high-tech market is also strongly represented by companies such as Microsoft, Google, Dell, IBM, Adobe, Salesforce, Amazon, and Apple.

In September 2025, IMT Partners decided to set up shop in New York City, right in the heart of Manhattan, the city’s most vibrant location for business, culture, and leisure activities.

From its base in the New York hub, IMT Partners also intends to expand its activities to the neighboring states of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. Here, significant business communities can be found—particularly in Boston, Philadelphia, Trenton, and Hartford– that center around various activities such as the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries, biotechnology, information technology, and advanced manufactured products.
