Implementation of a new HRIS and team management

CONTEXT

Our client is a large group in the infrastructure sector. It decided to implement a new HR information system and encountered difficulties in setting up workshops and launching the first pilot projects. The manager's mission was to restore confidence in the feasibility of the project and to support the change.

INTERVENTIONS AND RESULTS

• Support for project management, contract management, and risk management
• Staffing a team of several managers to strengthen project management:
  • Leading workshops to gather information on business needs
  • Preparation for the switchover and launch of the first pilots
  • Definition and implementation of change initiatives to promote ownership and use of the new solution
  • Project recovery through the provision of expertise and the adoption of best practices
