Our client is a major pharmaceutical player in France and Europe. It was looking for an Industrial Operations Director for its Spanish subsidiary who could take charge of an environment marked by production difficulties and underperforming productivity, resulting in poor profitability. The organization needed to make a strategic change in its industrial performance, including overhauling organizational structures and optimizing performance management processes and systems, with a strong emphasis on Lean methodologies and continuous improvement.
